This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the County of Grand Prairie (“the County”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Office Building Renovations and sitework located in Clairmont, Alberta as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

This comprehensive project encompasses the security enhancement of two existing building reception areas, including the installation of new doors, hardware, card readers, and custom reception desks. The scope begins with thorough site assessments followed by careful demolition of existing fixtures. New commercial-grade security doors will be installed with appropriate access control hardware including magnetic locks, panic hardware, and ADA-compliant features where required. The project includes installation of card readers integrated with the building's access control systems, along with necessary power and data infrastructure to support all security components. Custom reception desks will be fabricated and installed with ADA-compliant designs, integrated cable management, power/data outlets, security features, storage components, and technology integration capabilities. All affected areas will be restored with appropriate finishes to match existing décor. Comprehensive testing, commissioning, and staff training will ensure all systems function properly. The project includes complete documentation, warranties, and professional project management throughout to ensure minimal disruption to building operations while delivering enhanced security and a modernized reception experience.
