This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the County of Grande Prairie (“the County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Purchase and Delivery of Five (5)Type 3 Wildland Fire Apparatus over the next three (3) years as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”) The County intends to award this RFP to a single proponent for the supply and delivery of the specified Type 3 Wildland Fire Apparatus in order to achieve operational consistency and maximize value through favourable multi-year pricing. Proponents are encouraged to reflect volume efficiencies and multi-year pricing benefits in their submissions.
