This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by the County of Grand Prairie (“the County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide Consultant Services for the Grande Prairie Regional Hydrogen Hub Foundational Study, as further described in Appendix B - RFP Particulars. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE NEW WEST PARTNERSHIP TRADE AGREEMENT (NWPTA) and THE CANADIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (CFTA). |
