This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 for the purpose of gathering information from qualified AV integrators and technology solution providers regarding options, capabilities, and recommended approaches for modernizing the Council Chambers Audio‑Visual (AV) system. This modernization aims to enhance audio clarity, improve hybrid meeting experiences, upgrade aging components, and ensure long‑term reliability and supportability. If the County proceeds to a competitive procurement, all RFI respondents will be notified and invited to submit a bid to any subsequent RFP; participation in this RFI does not prequalify a supplier or confer any advantage. The information obtained will be used to assess current capabilities and inform future procurement processes. |
