This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by the County of Grand Prairie (“the County”) to qualified prospective proponents to submit proposals to complete a Regional Growth Study 2024 - 2074. The Regional Growth Study 2024 - 2074 is a partnership between the County of Grande Prairie
and the Towns of Beaverlodge, Sexsmith and Wembley under the Alberta Community Partnership (ACP) program. The County is the proponent under the ACP program and is administering the project.

 

THIS PROCUREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE NEW WEST PARTNERSHIP TRADE AGREEMENT (NWPTA) and THE CANADIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (CFTA).
